GIRLS' TRIP ! ! Cancer treatments are not only tough for little girls, but their families as well. Each year "Smile Of A Child" sends five little girls and their families to Disney World during the Christmas holiday season. This program is made possible from fundraiser events throughout the year. This gives the entire family an opportunity to relax and enjoy a well deserved vacation.
BOYS' TRIP ! ! Our aspiring little boys deal with severe medical conditions too. Each year "Smile Of A Child" sends seven
little boys and their familes to an exciting NASCAR race. This is definitly a stress relief after dealing with severe health conditions. Arrangements are made for these little boys to meet one of the drivers and take photos. This program is made possible from fundraiser events throughout the year. Lowes Motor Speedway offers packages with major discounts and FREE up close parking for this program.

Financial Support ! ! Jim Langston.com assists families with funding for children's medical visits with: gas, overnight stay,and food. This is made possible by donations that come to us throughout the year. This is only for families with income limitations and/or families without inadequate medical insurance or families with an emergency hardship.
Hospital Craft Days ! ! Wow, here I go again to the hospital for several days. Sure wish there was something fun to do while I was there. Maybe SC Smile Of A Child has a craft day scheduled while I'm there.
Jim and staff hosted 14 craft days during 2010. Jim is planning 24 craft days for 2011. Jim's design your own fishing lure craft is our most requested. Even hospital staff will join in for this one. Here are a few samples of our kids fishing lures. Some of their lures have actually caught fish. You GO KIDS ! ! !
